01. Document Upload Guidelines:
Documents must be scanned as PDFs and should not exceed 520 KB in size. To upload:
- Visit the TUT Application Portal.
- Log in using your student number and pin.
- Go to "Certificate Seen," click on "Load/View Documents," and select the relevant document, e.g., your ID.
- Click "Upload Documents" and browse for the file on your computer.
- Once selected, click "Save" and your document will be successfully uploaded. Remember, do not upload the same document multiple times.
2. Verify Your Contact Details:
Before completing your application, it’s crucial to verify your contact information. To do this:
- Log in to the TUT ITS system.
- Go to "Graduation" and then "Communication Details."
- Update your postal address, email, and phone number with your current details.
