Key Performance Areas
- Performs general clean-up of all office facilities.
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting.
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
- Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special/ad-hoc projects.
- SHEQ compliance, including BBS.
- Worker Safety

Key Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 10
- Should have basic reading and writing skills.
- Grade 12/Matric will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Cleaning experience, at least 2 years and be able to use polishing machine/ stripping machine
