What You’ll Do

1. Claims Administration & Processing

  • Register and process new claims

  • Validate documentation and assess liability

  • Authorise payments within delegated authority

  • Update reserves and maintain claim records

  • Escalate complex claims to supervisors

  • Provide professional customer service

2. Broker & Agent Liaison

  • Negotiate settlements

  • Liaise with brokers and agent companies

  • Provide regular updates on claim progress

3. General Support

  • Perform additional tasks as required by management

You will work within short-term insurance regulations and Sasria’s governance framework.
