What You’ll Do
1. Claims Administration & Processing

Register and process new claims

Validate documentation and assess liability

Authorise payments within delegated authority

Update reserves and maintain claim records

Escalate complex claims to supervisors

Provide professional customer service
2. Broker & Agent Liaison

Negotiate settlements

Liaise with brokers and agent companies

Provide regular updates on claim progress
3. General Support

Perform additional tasks as required by management
You will work within short-term insurance regulations and Sasria’s governance framework.
