About the Role
The Picker Packer will be responsible for accurately picking products according to customer orders and ensuring all items meet quality and packaging standards before dispatch. Key Responsibilities

Pick products and prepare customer orders according to order specifications.

Transfer completed orders to the holding area for checking.

Ensure correct seed reference numbers are selected and report any discrepancies to the Stock Controller.

Advise the Stock Controller of out-of-stock items and await further instruction.

Ensure all picked items are clean, properly labelled, and meet required quality standards.

Maintain a neat, organised and clean work area at all times.

Assist with warehouse security procedures to protect stock and company assets.

Support invoicing of customer orders.

Assist walk-in customers with product information when required.
