Duties and Responsibilities

Successful Shop Assistants may be responsible for:

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service

• Helping customers with purchases
• Keeping shelves, displays and checkout areas clean
• Ensuring merchandise is neatly packed, priced and presented
• Replenishing stock and monitoring product levels
• Operating the cash register

• Supporting the team with general store duties
• Performing additional duties when required
