Do You Qualify?

To apply for the Tronox Smelter Learnership Programme, you must:

• Be a South African citizen
• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Have completed Grade 12
• Be currently unemployed
• Have little or no formal work experience
• Have no criminal record
• Not have previously participated in a funded learnership programme
• Live within the Saldanha Bay Municipal area

Having Mathematics and Physical Science may be an advantage.

Preference may also be given to Employment Equity candidates in line with the company's Employment Equity Policy.
