We’re hiring for Supply Chain & Logistics Intern

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Intern, you will be responsible for Supporting the smooth flow of goods and materials across the South Africa region by assisting with day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound deliveries, stock monitoring, and accurate record-keeping. You will help optimize supply chain processes through route planning, cost-saving initiatives, and improving master data accuracy in SAP. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges, analyze data for inventory and demand planning, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency and performance across the supply chain.
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Our Supply Chain and Logistics team ensures smooth product flow and drives efficiency across the region. You’ll gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, inventory management, and process optimization.
Your Challenge:
- Assist with day-to-day logistics operations within the South Africa region. Assisting with inbound and outbound deliveries, monitor stock replenishments and maintain accurate records such as signed proof of deliveries. Includes sharing reports on collection availability With CSR and commercial team.
- Review processes at regional level together with controllership to ensure that monthly reconciliations and stock count procedures are being adhered to.
- Support the development and implementation of process controls to improve operational efficiency. This will include route planning within RSA from current infrastructure and potential saving of transportation cost. Improving communication on logistical challenges resulting in delayed arrival of goods to internal teams and improving accuracy of master data within SAP environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement supply chain optimization opportunities.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making in inventory management and demand planning.
- Ensuring segmentation is being adhered to at third party locations.
Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
You will work closely with the Supply Chain team, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Commercial team, Controllership, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
