As part of Alviva Shared Management Services, this programme offers hands on experience to IT graduates. Gain practical skills, mentorship and exposure to real business environments preparing you for a successful career in ICT.
What You'll Do:
- Engage in classroom and workplace training sessions.
- Complete assessments, projects and logbooks.
- Develop your technical skills and earn vendor certifications.
- Uphold company policies and demonstrate professionalism.
Who Should Apply:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
- South African citizen aged 18–35.
- No prior full-time work experience necessary.
- Not currently enrolled in any other internship, learnership, or academic programme.
- Passionate about technology with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Behavioral Skills:
- Eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Accountable and professional work ethic.
- Excellent time management and teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
