Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) is offering a unique development opportunity for recently qualified graduates, who desire to be an integral part of the MBSA talent pool.

    

What does the MBSA Graduate Development Programme offer?

·        relevant practical experience in your field of study,

·        In your application, please include:

·        A CV as an attachment (ensure that the file size is small enough to upload, e.g. PDF),

·        certified copies of your Grade 12 (Matric certificate) and tertiary certificates accompanied by an academic transcript,

·        a copy of your certified ID,

·        ensure a contact number and email address is provided.

 

What are the criteria?

·        Grade 12 - Matric

·        Relevant Tertiary Qualification, with a minimum average pass mark 65%.

·        The requirement is to have a completed qualification.

 

Qualifications

Who can apply?

·        Candidates who have recently graduated within the last 3 years.

·        A South African Citizen.

·        Recently qualified graduates, (with a Diploma (NQF L6)/Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQFL7) or relevant equivalent Tertiary qualification), in the following career streams:

·        Information Technology or Computer Sciences

·        Accounting or Financial Management

·        Business Studies (Marketing and Sales related)

·        Business Management (Business Processes/ Project Management/ Business Administration/ Banking / Cost & Management / Customs / Tax)

·        Logistics Management

·        Data Science, Analytics and Informatics

·        Social Sciences and Business Management (Processes, Policy and Governance, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Diversity studies)

·        LLB (1-year post admission experience)
