Job Advert Summary     

To ensure that staff and equipment are transported safely to different destinations and vehicles are kept in a safe and roadworthy condition.

Minimum Requirements             

·         Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)

·         3years relevant driving experience

·         Valid code EB drivers license with ability to pass Rand waters K53 test

·         Must be in possession of Public Drivers Permit

Primary Duties 

·         Financial – handle Petty cash safely.

·         Customer - Respond to customer requests.

·         Business process -To transport staff and equipment’s -To keep vehicles clean and roadworthy.

·         Plan tasks to ensure that all transport is available.

·         Complete all schedules of transport in the Mechanical section

·         Planned maintenance - Do all inspections of motor vehicles. -Investigate and report all faults on vehicles.

Knowledge        

·         Knowledge of OHS Act.

·         Knowledge of road traffic rules.

·         Communication skill (verbal and written)
