Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 6 qualification in:
- Operations Management
- Public Management / Administration
- Business Administration / Management
- Financial Accounting / Finance
- 2 years’ experience in:
- Client Services
- Claims Processing
- Insurance Environment
Knowledge of UIF legislation, PFMA, POPIA, Treasury Regulations, and government systems will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Unemployment Insurance services to clients
- Process and administer UIF claims
- Conduct quality assurance and follow-ups
- Supervise and manage resources
