Minimum Requirements

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in:
    • Operations Management
    • Public Management / Administration
    • Business Administration / Management
    • Financial Accounting / Finance
  • 2 years’ experience in:
    • Client Services
    • Claims Processing
    • Insurance Environment

Knowledge of UIF legislation, PFMA, POPIA, Treasury Regulations, and government systems will be an advantage.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Unemployment Insurance services to clients
  • Process and administer UIF claims
  • Conduct quality assurance and follow-ups
  • Supervise and manage resources
