Job Title: Driver Forklift

Job Description:

Loading stock within the department. Receiving and placing Replenishment stock from other mills in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Loading/Offloading of stock
•          Forklift Inspection
•         Safe Working Practices
•          Housekeeping
•         To ensure compliance with relevant Food Safety and Health Safety
•         Operate and use required tools and equipment skilfully and safely.
•         Perform heavy physical labour.
•          Read, comprehend, and work from plans and SOP’s.
•         Follow written and verbal instructions.
•          Work under pressure and independently.

Qualification Requirements:

•         Grade 12 Essential

Experience Requirements:

•         2-3 years’ experience in relevant trade within FMCG
•        Exposure to Warehouse environment will be an advantage
•        Valid Forklift License essential

Other Requirements:

•         5 - day position and may be required to work overtime and unusual working hours (after hours) from time to time.
•        May be required to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays as required.
