Key Duties and Responsibilities

In-Store Execution and Merchandising

Successful learners will:

  • Execute daily call schedules within assigned outlets
  • Implement visual merchandising standards
  • Rotate stock and maintain product displays
  • Ensure product availability and visibility
  • Complete iRED surveys and execution scorecards
  • Support customers using the MyCCBA ordering platform
  • Assist with promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
  • Provide operational support when required
