• Be South African citizens
• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Have Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
• Have Grade 12 English and a second language (minimum 40%)
• Be unemployed at the time of appointment
• Not be enrolled in full-time studies
• Not be participating in another learnership programme
• Not have previously completed the same learnership qualification
• Have no criminal record
• Have no adverse credit record
• Consent to criminal, qualification, and identity verification checks

Key Duties and Responsibilities

In-Store Execution and Merchandising

Successful learners will:

• Execute daily call schedules within assigned outlets
• Implement visual merchandising standards
• Rotate stock and maintain product displays
• Ensure product availability and visibility
• Complete iRED surveys and execution scorecards
• Support customers using the MyCCBA ordering platform
• Assist with promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
• Provide operational support when required
