Purpose of the Role
To provide administrative and office support to an allocated team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general office administration and support

Organise meetings, take minutes, and manage schedules

Book travel, accommodation, rooms, and conference facilities

Prepare, type, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence

Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems

Capture and manage data for internal reporting

Handle incoming calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries professionally

Monitor departmental expenditure and manage stationery stock

Support invoicing, record-keeping, and office procedures
