Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens
  • Be unemployed
  • Be between 18 and 28 years old
  • Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Achieve at least:
    • 50% for English and a Second Language
    • 40% for Mathematics OR
    • 60% for Mathematics Literacy
  • Have less than 1 year of work experience
  • Not be studying at another institution during the learnership
  • Not have previously completed a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA

  • Candidates with post-matric qualifications
