POSITION: HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT GRADUATE INTERN x6

PERIOD: 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:

The intern will be given exposure to the organisation’s Food and Beverage department and its’ role within the Entity. 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric/Grade 12

• National Diploma in Hospitality Management - NQF Level 6 (Obtained from a Public University/University of Technology) 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

• Solid understanding of the hospitality industry

• Good communication skills

• Good customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
