Job Description
The programme is designed to develop skilled artisans through a structured training system aligned with QCTO occupational qualifications.
Successful applicants will:

Receive formal training at an accredited training centre

Gain practical workplace experience at Venetia Mine

Develop technical, problem-solving, and engineering skills

Work towards qualifying in a specific engineering trade

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, applicants must meet the following:

Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Maths Literacy), Physical Science, and English (minimum 40%)

OR N2 with relevant trade subjects

OR NCV Level 3 with at least 40% in required subjects

Must meet specific subject requirements for the chosen trade

Must be willing to travel for training (company transport provided)

Must be medically fit and able to obtain a Red Ticket

Must pass criminal record and qualification verification
