- Searching vehicles on arrival and departure.
- Communicating with members of the public and directing them to the relevant offices.
- Monitoring possible risks and threats against employees, councillors, important delegations and council property.
- Protecting and securing the movement of people entering and leaving municipal buildings.
- Applying municipal security protocols and movement control procedures.
