Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have:
• A 3-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:

Business Administration

Office Administration

Commerce

Project Management
-
Training and Development
• 1 year experience in Client Services Administration within a SETA environment
• Knowledge of SETA systems and processes
• Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Database systems)
Advantageous
• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in related fields
• Experience working within merSETA
